This office was amazing! The hygienist was so gentle and sweet! The doctor was so personable and spent so much time talking to me and explaining treatment . I will be returning to have my whitening done in a few weeks .

I started my journey with Ponce Dental Group in 2021. I needed a lot of dental work done including an implant and at the time I worked with about (3) different dentists in the office. They were all great and personable but then I relocated for work. 2 years later my crown fell out of my mouth and my current dentist told me that it needed to be replaced and that itd cost $3k to replace. If you dont know anything about dental implants, know this, theyre expensive and with my prior policies, (2) to be exact, I still ended up paying $2k for the one I received. Now just (2) years later it had fallen out and I was devastated. After my current dentist told me how much itd cost I panicked and cried but thought maybe I should call Ponce Dental Group because they were the ones that initially placed the implant. In tears, I called the office and was greeted by Ashley, who I now know to be the office manager. I explained my situation and the fact that I lived out of state and inquired about my options. Ashley, calmly and composed advised that the team I was familiar with was no longer there but that she was able to find my records. Reassuringly, she asked if I could come back to the office as soon as possible so that they could inspect the crown and provide a solution. Within a couple of weeks I was able to make my first trip back to the office and met Ashley and Dr. Briggs who were both exceptionally patient. Dr. Briggs explained that there was a defect with my crown and that theyd need to contact the manufacturer to see if it was warrantable. I left unnerved even though I had no idea if a replacement crown would be available because Dr. Briggs just has a presence of integrity and trustworthiness. Within a week or so, Ashley reached back out with great news that the crown was warrantable and that we could start the process of replacing my crown. I travelled to the office a total of 3-4 times over the past (4) months and every time I was met with a smile, honesty, and integrity. The team at Ponce Dental stood behind the work performed within their office, even though they werent apart of the team that placed my implant. I highly recommend this office and team because they are committed to patient care and operate within the most ethical manner.

My first visit here today and I was so pleased with the entire staff. I definitely have a fear of needles and Essence calmed me down and held my hand while getting 3 shots. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended! The staff are incredible (shoutout to Essence who was very patient) and the services and procedures are explained very clearly. They breakdown costs before having you agree to procedures and I feel confident they are taking good care of me and giving me the best prices.

Ponce Dental Group was amazing!! Everyone was so kind and so helpful. I had to get a Root Canal done and it was smooth, painless, and quick. The team was so efficient, it was impressive. The only complaint is the price but it's dentistry soo . Both visits took approximately 2 to 2.5 hours and there was a little bit of a wait time during transition from x-ray to examination or from prep to procedure but it helps me mentally prepare and cumulate any questions I have. The doctora that I interacted with for my visits were Dr. Henry Briggs (General Dentist) and Dr. Salbo (Endodontist). I didn't catch the dental assistances names but they were very knowledgeable and gentle. And the receptionist is so informative, very helpful, and patient. She help me with setting up a credit card account for the closest thing to a payment plan since the whole thing cost almost $1,300. Except for my the price I truly couldn't ask for a better experience.
