The only reason I go to this branch it's because they're close to my home. If you go around lunchtime, look for a long wait!!! I did complain to their management, and they did return my call to explain why the long wait on this particular day.

I went to the location to do a pledge loan. Lady entered information in as a personal loan to get a credit card and all they took my 1000 dollars only gave me 500 back immediately. I had to wait a whole week for remaining 500. Then another rep. That I spoke with on the phone filed a claim when I was only calling for an inquiry. Money was put back in my account. I informed the rep to take it back because I wasn't filing a claim. Now until this very day my account is messed up and the Representatives do not listen at all. They keep messing up people money.

This is by far a color driven company I had a secure card for 2 year never late never a balance never over. Never I mean never upgraded Wednesday I will be closing this account to move to a company that cares about their customers growth.

Navy Fed advertises that you can receive your paychecks one day early. I have yet to experience this feature. Here's why, you have to call them. Check your app to see if there's a pending scheduled transaction and then and only then can they release it. If I'm doing all the leg work. What's the point? All this has to happen on a Thursday to get funds that are supposed to be automatically deposited early . Navy Fed can not get you your money as advertised until you do all the leg work mentioned above. TIME TO GO BACK TO CHIME! Where checks come two days early with direct deposit. AUTOMATICALLY REALLY NAVY FEDERAL!!!! All this technology and you guys can't get people checks to Them as advertised. Smgdh!!!
