Had a car loan through them. Making a payment was like pulling teeth. I sold the car in November, And the dealership sent in a check overpaying the remaining balance. When I called to discuss repayment, I was told they charged me for a month I didn’t own the vehicle, added late fees, and somehow the amount totaled exactly what the dealership sent to pay off the loan. Not a dollar more or a dollar less. The odds of this happening are astronomical, or they are lying. I’m going to go with lying. Bank elsewhere.

Came in looking for a credit union. Terrible experience, I keep a minimum paper trail. I was not able able to open a account due to me not having a utility bill in my name. I provided a auto loan with my current bank and both check stubs from my jobs. They then on goto check my credit history. I WAS TOLD I HAVE MANY ADDRESSES ON IT. The idiocracy of that statement. Its a credit history for a reason I know whats on it. I check it evry other day thoroughly. They need their verification process updated. I wouldn't do business with them after having have issues like this at the door.
