        My daughter needed to use the restroom, and the worker told me they only have a mens restroom. I said, So the women dont use the restroom here? She said, We do. And walked away. So I had to leave the store and wait until 9:30 AM for a different store to open, so she could use the restroom. It was cold and I was very annoyed.

        I would give zero stars if I could. I came in yesterday for 2 different specific sized frames that listed that there were 3 of each in stock but couldnt find them. When I asked an employee if they were hiding elsewhere in the store by chance, they were rude and dismissive about it. I wasted half my day coming there for a specific item they listed they had and then was treated like it was inconvenient for the employee i talked to when I asked them to help me find them. I dont know why I cant order them to be shipped to my house because clearly they cant be delivered from that store. Disappointing, i just moved from Indiana where the store I typically frequent has such nice friendly and helpful employees. I wish I had known I needed them before i moved because this wouldnt be an issue.
