    Marchon Apartments - My daughter went over 4 days with a backed up toilet! There is only one toilet in her apartment! Each time she put in a new service request they marked it "processing". The maintenance lady came on Friday with a short snake and said it was fixed. It, in fact, was still clogged. She used my daughters paper towels to clean up, threw them in her trash can along with the dirty contaminated gloves. Finally, this morning I had to call the office and DEMAND they fix the toilet RIGHT NOW. By the way, I am surprised someone even answered the phone because they usually don't. The maintenance guy finally came and fixed it and told her all they needed to do was to use a longer snake and told her the toilet was backed up way down in the line even causing her sink to gurgle. This could have been fixed 4 days ago, but instead my daughter had to go to other places to use the rest room while paying over $1600 per month. Ridiculous!!!! She has been here almost a year and this about the 3rd management team in the leasing office. Everyone that was there last March are no longer there. That says a lot.

    Absolutely frustrated with this complex. Smoking violations continue and I've places numerous calls and emails to corporate and haven't heard a peep. I'm done with trying to handle this thru the leasing office as they clearly are not willing to do anymore than just post a notice on everyone's door about the non smoking policy. I'm getting sick from the second hand smoke that I'm having to constantly inhale but as the leasing office attendant just told me..."that's apartment living"! Are you kidding me?! I've emailed Jamie Immings...that's the name that I got when I called the regional corporate office but I've never heard back from her after multiple attempts. I called the headquarters number yesterday and they told me that Chasity will reach out to me but I'm not holding my breath as not a single person from this company calls or emails anyone back. I've been a resident here for going on 10 years and I consider myself a compliant and courteous renter. I pay my bills on time and don't bother anyone but now I have a disrespectful neighbor that has invaded my home by the constant pot smoking. Can't stay in my own home because it's now bad for my health. How is that fair?

    I moved out of Solis (now Everly) in Gainesville, GA in June 2023, having fulfilled all obligations of my lease. I was asked to sign a "roommate release form" with my then roommate, in the office of Greystar employee Marcel Marks. I am now being harassed by the company in an attempt to collect a debt that does not belong to me in the amount of over $10,000. I will be pursuing legal action against these frauds. BEWARE.

    The company doesnt care about properties or tenants, reaching out to them does absolutely nothing. My February rent was wrong, and I spent two weeks prior to Feb. 1st trying to get it resolved. My lease was up on 2/17 and not wanting to pay rent late, went ahead and paid the $2100 their online portal said. Once paid, the portal said I had half of that back in overpayment. I was relieved it was fixed, for a moment. Upon moving out, before the end of my lease, I was notified that because their office was closed for the holidays and didnt process my 60 day notice that I was paying the month to month rate for the 9 days after my lease was up. I think this is ridiculous, especially since my renewal rate wasnt provided until 12/20, 4 days after my 60 day notice would have been due. After seeing the 30% increase to my rent, which I was not expecting, other units the same as mine and building, were going for less that what I was currently paying, I was shocked. I tried to negotiate or transfer units/properties, anything. Never once did someone from corporate respond, nor the acting property manager, even though they lived right above me. I will never move into another property of theirs and if you do or are, have your lawyer on standby.
