Lina is a true professional. Seriously the most meticulous haircut Ive ever had. She made sure it was perfect. My first haircut and color in Atlanta since moving here and Ill be back.

I've been to many, MANY salons over the years... Melon is by far the best one. Alex Dobbs is a hair genius. Not to mention, she is super nice!

I wouldnt trust anyone besides Alex or Lina cutting my hair in Atlanta.

Run!! Dont go to Alex or Melon Salon. Im devastated. About a month ago I had Alex from Melon Salon in Atlanta cut my extra long wavy hair. I was wanting long layers to give it movement and face framing. Alex cut my hair wet ( I didnt know the difference). I ended up with frizzy hair with a chopped middle parted bangs, that reminded me of an 80s rock band hair. I cry every time I look in the mirror or take down my ponytail. I still cry to this day. I hadnt gone to a salon in 10 years fearful this would happen. Alex charged $120 for this cut. I went to another stylist to help me mitigate the damages costing $65 and another stylist for $120 in desperation . Basically I was told the bad cut has to grow out. Alex never offered a refund, not that it would help my hair grow back it will take years. Hopefully my before and after pics will post with this review. Look in the photo section on google about the salon you should see my pics.
