There must be some one new in charge! New logo - Terrible Quality of chicken has decreased at the same time price increase! I can see which way this restaurant chain is trending and it's not good. I'll be getting my chicken from Bill Millers from here on out!

I wouldn't have even given a star but I need people to know that they are scamming people out of their money with olo and they will lock their door to keep you from getting your food and then tell you the refund is on the way but you have to go back to the restaurant for them to swipe the card they stole from in the first place. Violated me over and over again, I had to file a claim with my bank regarding this issue. Pathetic company that will never get my business back!!!!

We love Church's chicken. Used to be you could get great quality chicken at a great price. Not so much any more. Used to be the soda dispenser was out where the customer could have access. Not any more. Even if it was behind the counter, the employee would let you have a refill. Looks like that's gone too. Cost to much she said. The cups are a smaller size now. A cup of water for wife.....75 cents. Our chicken was not all that great today, I have to admit, that doesn't happen all the time. We ordered 10 piece dark meat. Instead of 5 legs/5 thighs as we usually get, they snuck in 7 legs/3 thighs. Guess which ones are our favorite...... the thighs. The restroom was terrible. the papertowel dispenser hasn't been funtioning for a long time, and the place was just remodeled. We will not be returning to the DesMoines, Washington store again. That's sad. We even introduced friends to the store.
