The Henrietta location in the plaza right across from the mall apparently does not take gift cards about 3 times the lady kept telling me the same excuse. Mind you I also tried using my gift card online where this happened 3 days ago as well gift card not working and called the number showing a balance. If its not working due to their system itself then explain a work around instead of talking down to me multiple times like Im an idiot. This woman is an embarrassment to customer service and should find a better place to work if she is going to be miserable. How embarrassing to have to walk out of a store for my sons clothes. Absolutely disgusting service and I said let me guess she is the manager? I was told to google corporates number what an embarrassment seriously poor customer service in general!
