        Be careful from whom you lease. Many are owned by private landlords. The HOA does not enforce the same restrictions on everyone. One neighbor set the wooden fence on fire 4x. Sandy Springs does not allow charcoal grills in multi-housing, but this tenant was allowed to continue. My landlord instructed me no calls to 911 for any reason. That is not the police nor HOA restriction. Buildings are not well maintained. Always "as is." Safety is an issue when windows are falling out. Also, locks are not changed nor re-keyed. Anyone who has lived in that unit can access, and will, your residence. Renters insurance will not pay for a break-in when others have keys to your unit. There are many better options. Take care and beware.

        Amazing place to live. Everything is 10 mins away or less. Right across from Chipotle, Publix, Starbucks and a gym. Hiking/ Walking paths nearby. Only a stroll away from Roswell.
