We just used Concrete Masters to stain our basement floor. They did outstanding work with a complex situation and we are really pleased with how the look came out. They were very timely and thorough with their work and Max and team were easy and friendly to work with. I have a stained concrete driveway and courtyard that were both created when we built this house in 1996. Over the years we have put fresh sealer the courtyard several times. The stain then needed to be redone in May 2021 and I engaged Concrete Masters to do the job, both driveway and courtyard. They said they could stain and seal them. It was expensive but I did nor quibble over the price. After it was done, Max, the owner, said that it should "last 4-5 years". It lasted 11 months for the courtyard! (The driveway was fine because we did not change colors) I contacted them and after a long wait they sent out two workers who repainted the courtyard and that's when I realized the problem. There were splotches all around and they said it must have been poured wrong in the beginning (25 years earlier!)
Though they said they could stain, they PAINTED the concrete. The second paint made it worse, especially when they did not seal it and said that they were very busy and would "get back". After a month I haven't heard from them and I would never have them back for anything. They misrepresented themselves as stainers but did not STAIN the concrete. Unfortunate but expensive lesson for me. Service: Concrete staining

There are plenty of companies offering concrete floor finishing services. Few have the experience of Concrete Masters. I have partnered with them on several occasions. Their staff knows what they are doing and work hard to get the best results. Concrete is a spectrum material. It takes a professional to know how to work with it. Sometimes there are issues with the process. I have always gotten the best of all possible outcomes when I've partnered with them. Absolutely recommend! Service: Concrete floor polishing
