Interesting enough I applied for a property out in buckhead, had an amazing interview even was told i would have a interview with the regional, that never happened. I was ghosted but yall had the audacity to have communities, on the black side of town calling me and messaging me couldn't get the lady to stop emailing me or calling me. As a black man, i am very offended.

I was trying to give a -0- star but it won't let me. The worst property management ever. Real question is, do you guys actually manage the properties? The building at 1801 Peachtree: 1) Air condition hardly works properly - either way too cold or just stops working - this happens every year, more than once at that! 2) the elevators at times works, at times doesn't - they just put in the new elevators (assuming new) and the other day it stopped working for a bit. 3) The bathrooms on all 3 floors was renovated completely - only for the 3rd floor bathroom soap pump doesn't even work anymore - probably worked at least a whole week, if that. 4) the garage underneath the building - where most people park, is the worst - potholes everywhere! be careful if you ever fall and hurt yourself, even in front of one of their property workers - they won't care and just look the other way. A couple people complained, but not sure if anything happened. A lawsuit may soon come their way it looks like since they just want the money from the tenants and that's about it.

The most terrible property management company Ive ever dealt with. They dont maintain the properties something is always broken and never fixed like the elevator near my apartment. They own the water Billings company and pretend like its someone else charging $120 for a water bill every month when the previous company bill ranges from $32-55. The complex that I reside in has now been without water for 3 days and the staff are acting nonchalant as if this isnt an emergency
