He and Trey showed us homes via FaceTime and we were able to do a virtual closing. Hersh also provided us with local recommendations for painters and handymen which has been great. As a first time home buyer, thats aspired to be an investor down the road, Im so happy i came across Hersh and Reshma on my real estate journey. Hersh is a great teacher/mentor thats willing to share his wisdom but also a great listener. But the best part of all is his social/negotiation skills. If you are the kind of person that cannot hold a poker face playing black jack, work with Hersh because you can share with him all your thoughts and concerns on the property and he will rephrase them and lay it out to the other side like human form chatGPT . Also enjoyed working with Reshman as shes very direct and open to share her thoughts which I really appreciate and also super organized with the operations side of things.
