Dunkin'

I never leave reviews- but here I am. Ive been coming here for a couple of months, multiple times a week. Its mostly been a positive experience- I place a mobile order and the order is nearly always ready to pick up every time when I arrive. However, it seems as though they need some help lately at this location, as being short staffed causes them to lock both entrance doors and they are asking/expecting people to wait an hour in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile order. My suggestion would be to either shut off mobile ordering so people know what to expect in advance or just open the dining room with signs that say for mobile order pickup only. If youre still taking mobile orders- people should be able to access them without feeling rude or like they are inconveniencing the staff for knocking on the door. I know they are working really hard- but that seems like a simple solution for everyone. Locking the doors is just causing more stress for everyone involved.

This is for the Dunkins on Moreland...The young lady that's there early in the Morning is Awesome always on point with my order. Kudos to her. Your customer at 510am.

Consistent bland tasting latte's! It never fails every time I visit this location. Just no flavor..how do you get an iced coffee wrong? Please retrain your staff!

They were very busy, but the team flowed like melted butter on a hot day. They got my order completed very quickly and were very kind and professional. The box of Joe was cheaper that Hapeville.
