Most Current Review: Never coming here again! They just don't care! I've had this sandwich several times so I know how it is supposed to be prepared. First off, this type of sandwich comes in a box to protect the integrity of the thick bread. They put mine in this paper wrapper. Second, the bread is supposed to be TOASTED. Couldn't even eat it! Didn't look appealing at all. Clearly they just took cold bread & slapped the rest of the ingredients on it!! Not acceptable at all. Please hire people who actually care! And they charge 1.50 for Almond milk. A straight rip off. Why? Cause it's in the hood? Cause the one on Forsyth, downtown only charges 50 cent. I hate this west end location! First Review: This location use to be my favorite. I'm not sure if they changed owners or what b/c I no longer see the faces that I'm accustomed to. This is the second time that they forgot to put expresso in my latte..it was warm flavored milk. They are slower than normal and seem to just throw your food together. This is not the service I use to love. Keep giving them chances but now my favorite one is off Northside drive by Atlantic Station.

As you can clearly see this is not a PLAIN BAGEL I come here every morning being this is the closest to work and I always have to go back in to have my order corrected whether coffee or food!

I waited here for 30+ min. I had a mobile order that they hadnt started till I went up to the register. They stopped making it after one drink, gave me another persons order and then told me to wait. I left with 2 of 3 drinks and only one correct. I am a teacher, had to leave or be late for school.

After waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes I was told they have nothing but coffee. Which I'm a understandable person I get it that things happen. But when I mentioned the fact that they need to look out for me with a discount on my next trip since I go to this Dunkin' donuts every single solitary day. The owner lady was extremely rude and was like whatever. Never have I been so disrespected by someone who I am paying money to. She needs a lesson in customer service. Do not waste your time at this location they often get my order wrong and cannot tell the difference between a multigrain bagel and and everything bagel.
