Dunkin'

Hung out here while awaiting car service to be completed. The staff was friendly and everyone seemed to work together as a team. Good job ladies.

This is my third time at a Dunkin and even a third location in Atlanta but it only gets worse every time I go. They never get the order right no matter what it is, they take FOREVER to give you your wrong order and no one there ever knows what they are doing. Today they even managed to hand me the doughnut holes sideways so they spilled all over my front seat as soon as I set them down.

Had to go inside because drive through computer was down. Came inside and employee didnt have a register assigned to him, and he couldnt even check me out. Meanwhile this NEW store is looking like it can use a thorough deep clean.

Never open during the hours they post. They closed 20 minutes early today. I wonder if the owner of the franchise knows their nightshift employees are robbing them of revenue.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been to this Dunkin maybe 4 times ever and EVERY TIME they get THE ORDEE WRONG. Like why am I telling you what I want at the drive through only to get something completely different when I get to the window. Is it lack of training, comprehension, or what? I hate to write a bad review but when I am spending my money I would hope to get what I pay for. My order today- cold brew w/ salted caramel foam (super simple and accommodating because this store was OUT of the salted caramel cream cold brew) and I got a iced coffee w/ salted caramel foam
