At the register I asked for a toasted bagel and asked that it is definitely toasted. When I get my bagel, opened it at the counter & it was doughy. I asked that they toast it more & the manager saidI cant take it back after you open it! My next question was, please refund my $$. They refunded my $ but was the harm in making another bagel that was toasted? I experienced this a few days ago & they happily made another, with an apology & a smile. Customer service goes a long way!

Their nasty attitudes pair quite nicely with a cup of their nasty coffee! How does everyone in the building hate their job? Each time I go...it's an unpleasant experience. Management needs to do a customer service training ASAP. Your employees don't wanna be there and it shows.

The last few months I've been coming here they have been really rude and this last visit they told me I could not order through drive through because I had a large order, yet I only ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. Absurd. It's always something wrong when I come here.
