Excel Carpet

We obtained a referral for carpeted stair treads from our neighbors across the street. I called Excel Carpet and Tabitha went to work. Within several hours the carpet was chosen and the installation was scheduled. Today, the work was done very professionally and came out great. Easily 5 star service.

Professional from beginning to end, being a neophyte I needed a quick and dirty tutorial and Tabitha came through. Josh was a pleasure to work with: friendly and responsive. AMAZING!!!! My carpet feels like I am WALKING ON THE CLOUDS!!! I contacted three companies to come and give quotes and Excel had the best price and the most knowledgeable sales team. I explained I wanted a certain look but I needed it to stay within my budget and they delivered. I had to reschedule and they were very nice and accommodating. The guys who came and did the install were kind and professional. They DID IT ALL! I cannot get to get my new hardwoods soon and update my basement carpet and will be using Excel.
