Update: So Ive change my rating to 5 star after a stressful situation because right after this review the store called me and the manager was able to issue me a full store credit to get a different wig which was all I wanted. They were quick and I really appreciate that they were so considerate to fix the issue. Definitely recommend this store What happened I just purchased a beautiful $150 wig that I assumed was straight because of the hair on the mannequin but I wasnt told that it was a body wave so when I tried the wig on, it wasnt even close to the length of my current wig even though I specifically explained, I didnt have time to style it, and I needed it either the length of my current wig or longer. Then when I called to find out options if I could return or exchange this very expensive wig, because I literally bought it less than 10 minutes ago I got told I couldnt return or exchange it, but I couldnt even try it on to begin with. Im so upset. $150 wasted for hair I cant wear for my event tonight. I wasnt even allowed to speak to the manager.
