True Hair

I went to this store and spend $400 on a wig. The wig was horrible! It was sewed horribly to the point I couldnt even install it myself. The hair quality was also garbage. I finally got it where it was presentable and the hair quality went the shyt. This was my first time purchasing a wig that wasnt online. I wouldnt suggest this store dont waste your money. Im sure all these other reviews are lies dont believe it. Its not possible me and my best friend went through the same thing. Only good thing about my experience was the girl that sold me the wig. She was sweet and very easy to work with!

I spent almost six hundred dollars on two wigs which matted up days later. The wigs were poorly made and the inches were way less than what I paid. I left messages but yet to here from the owner or management. The sign shows no return or exchanges. However I didn't get what I paid for. So they accepted a return for one of the wigs and determined it was different. The other wig is horrible as well which I disputed through my bank and willing to sue if I have to. Reachbout for pics.

First time coming in here thinking that the young lady behind the counter would be some help because i dont get sewin often but she really wasnt helpful she really didnt wanna get off her phone either.

Hair quality is bad . Ive had my hair in less than two weeks and its shedding and tangling.
