Wells Fargo Bank

Went for a simple name change. It was EOD, so I just wanted info on what to do. She said I had to make an appointment. Fine. She said I had to make it online. Fine. There were no appointments available on any future dates. She said their bankers are reserved for premier services & not basic things. So why would you tell me to schedule an appointment for a "basic thing?" I asked "So it's impossible to get it done at this location?" She says it's not impossible, but they are short-staffed & I may have better luck at another location. I was basically being told to go away. Based on their other reviews, they're terrible at complicated things. Based on her statement, they can't do basic things. Do yourself a favor and go to a bank that can do everything.

No wonder they have a lot of bad reviews. Apart from being slow, they have very bad service. I wanted to make a payment for a car and they never ask me for an ID. It's just paying, I'm not asking for information or anything. JUST PAY! The person answering called, according to his manager, all dirty, all disheveled, and his entire blouse was dirty with food. Very bad service

Had horrible experience at this branch today. Wanted to close my matured CD and transfer it to my existing saving account. I was not trying to open another CD account or savings account or anything else. This is something that should take 5 min to do. Told the branch manager my intentions clearly. She said she understood what I wanted to do and asked me to wait until she gets back to me. About 45 min later I asked her what is going on and this time she said she had to make an appointment to do this and its going to be a different day! It was around 3 pm and the bank is supposedly open til 5. I understand bank may be busy but dont make me wait 45 min to an hour and THEN tell me you cant do it today. I went to another branch waited less than 15 min someone got back to me and did the job in 5 min! WellsFargo if you want to lose customers keep this so called manager there her name is Shannon, really needs to learn customer service.

So today marks my 2nd time that Ive gone to this branch and attempted to do business. When you walk in no one greets you, they just look at you! I sit down waiting for someone to come over and assist, no one comes over! I will never come to this bank ever again!!!!

I was prepared for a not so great experience seeing all the low reviews but I was so wrong. I scheduled a appointment online to set up my business account. Galen Gardenhire was my banker and he absolutely beat all the negative reviews. He paid attention to all the details and was very patient with all my questions. He also helped update details from my old profile. He informed me about other available services and was not pushy about it. Overall great experience and definitely recommend this location.
