This is hands-down the worst Bank of America in the city of Atlanta. Sadly it is the closest Bank of America to me that has a drive-through ATM. The drive-through ATM has miss counted my money numerous times, along with constantly being closed and not being able to accept deposits. I have not experienced these issues with any other Bank of America in the metro Atlanta area. The other ATMs are other various Bank of Americas look different and I think that makes a difference and might be why those ATMs actually work. Coming to this Bank of America is more of an inconvenience than anything and it is very disappointing.
