Very rude location! The moment I walked in the door no on said a thing nor acknowledged me. I tried to open an account today. Then the personal banker named Jasmine was very rude when her co worker told her that I would wait to open the account. I had a lump sum check ready deposit in my business account. I am going to a completely different bank. NEVER AGAIN.

I have an appointment today at 12 o'clock and when I arrived I found people at the same time front me I waited for 1 hour and no one come to me they are not professional and they do not respect customers dont waste your time at this location.

This location is in a convenient location and is typically never busy. I would rate it much higher if you are looking to do a teller transaction or something in the drive through, however in terms of needing assistance with a personal banker this location would receive 0 stars. They only have 1 teller on duty. I just went in to send a wire, and there was no one available, the teller advised they have only one banker working each day, that she was making calls and unavailable, and that the next available appointment was in 2.5 days (2:00 pm 2 days later). My rating averages out to 2 stars (4 for teller/drive through and 0 for persons banking).

Chelsea, the bank manager is just amazing. Kind efficient and accommodated all my needs. She puts customer first. I always have great experience at this branch.
