Truist Bank is by far the worst bank Ive ever banked with , its a great disappointment that u have to wait darn near a month to get your funds due to depositing a check that to much that raises red flag for no apparent reason after providing information about where and who the check came from this was a GREEEEEAAAT INCONVENIENCE!!!!!! and no one really have any answers ! Worst Bank so far

Awful bank. Its impossible to get a response from them or get someone to resolve my issue. I closed my account and months later I got a mail saying that I have a loan, when I owned a debit card with no negative balance option available. Turned out my account wasnt closed but frozen and the bank charged me for nothing, forcing the payment. Ive talked to every possible department and they keep transferring me to other departments saying they have no access/information/cant help. Everyone seems to be completely clueless and doesnt know where it came from or what to do. They tell they will call me back, but they never do. And Im left with a loan that came from nowhere. Im very disappointed, dont recommend you this bank, unless you want to waste your time and get the worst service.

Yesterday I had an odd experience with Zelle and stopped by to get help. I ended up working with Cristina and unfortunately she wasnt able to help immediately because the issue was out of her control and Zelle is third party. I literally left the branch in tears. Cristina and her teammate Nick called me not even an hour later with a solution on how to get the issue resolved. I really appreciate them going above and beyond for something they truly didnt have to even address. The staff at this branch has been great!

I have been banking here for years and everytime I enter I'm greeted with a smile. The customer service is great and I never leave disappointed. I would suggest anyone in the downtown area to go to this branch for your banking needs.
