        This is the 2nd time I have gone to this bank and paid my mortgage. Last time, they returned it because the teller was not trained in how to split two mortgages between one check. This time, there was an issue with paying additional for the principal. "system is down for additional principal" was the response. Made no sense. its the same system. Its knowledge that is lacking. This location of tellers is lacking. And then I get the receipt and attitude. Trust sucks and especially this location. Uneducated and paid.

She completely put me at ease with some account issues that i was having. She made all the necessary calls for me to protect my account.         Not sure why this locations gets such bad ratings. I went in and was greeted warmly, and the staff helped me with my wire transfer promptly and politely.
