        I want to shout out a BIG THANKS to Ms. Cheryl Frederick, Truist Branch Leader III at the Toco Hills shopping center. On my way out of town a couple weeks ago, I stopped to deposit a small check. The tellers were kindly helping an elderly woman and her family member with a complicated transaction. While I was waiting, Ms. Frederick very warmly welcomed me to her office to deposit my check. I greatly appreciate her kindness, professionalism and all the upbeat decorations she has in her office. Thanks again!

        I love how nice and friendly the teller ladies are when I come in to make my deposits. When I actually had an issue on my account, I was happy the teller could assist me. She was fast and efficient.
