Westmount Ashwood

As a former resident of what was formerly known as Walton Ashwood, my experience with Westmount Ashwood under Greystar management was deeply disappointing. Following the acquisition in October 2021, the transition brought a decline in customer experience and professionalism. Efforts to address cleanliness, amenity issues, and maintenance concerns were met with inadequate responses, leaving me frustrated and unheard. The lease renewal offer presented an exorbitant increase, lacking transparency compared to neighboring units. Attempts to discuss concerns with the property manager were met with unprofessionalism and a lack of responsiveness, reflecting broader issues with the management team. Critical maintenance problems were neglected, compromising privacy and security. Multiple vehicle break-ins occurred due to unrepaired gates, further exacerbating safety concerns. Encounters with the leasing team were marked by cultural insensitivity and combative attitudes, further diminishing the quality of customer service expected in a luxury community. The community's strategy to delete negative reviews to maintain a higher Google rating highlighted a disregard for genuine resident feedback and satisfaction. In conclusion, the decline in service quality and professionalism at Westmount Ashwood raises significant doubts about the community's commitment to providing a luxurious living experience. Prospective residents should approach with caution, considering the evident disregard for resident well-being, safety, and satisfaction.

This is an excellent community with incredibly friendly and helpful staff! The whole area is kept clean and nice (trees, flowers, etc) so you really feel like you are living in a peaceful home environment. Add the walkability and convenience to marta train stations, perimeter mall, and top tier green spaces and you will be all set.

It's in a great location, it's a peaceful community, the office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, and neighbors are respectful. We need more community's like Westmount

This place is a scam. I moved out more than 8 months ago and they have yet to refund my deposit. The first check they sent me expired by the time I received it. They said it must have gotten lost in the mail, but I found out I am not the only one this is happening to. I have called multiple times since last October and was told that another check would be sent out, and still have not received anything. I returned to Atlanta on Jan 15th, and have called and visited the leasing office multiple times. I received an email on Feb 6th, saying that It is going to be sent electronically, and I am still waiting. I want to thank the ladies in the office for trying to get this resolved, but I think this is over their heads. The accounting department and/or the owner is refusing to release the deposits. I will see what my options are and update this post.
