If you're considering visiting star metals, don't. Just do it. Julien Constantino is the best leasing agent I've came across in the whole Atlanta community, he makes the experience so much better and so exciting. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. So excited to be staying with you guys.

I was one of the first residents in the building. Early on it was pretty rough - I didn't get all add ons that were advertised and the postal service didn't recognize the address because it was a new build. After almost a year and a half, things got better. Compound (the club across the street) has been closed for a few months which cut down on the nightmare traffic during nights and weekends. The front desk staff is usually really nice, maintenance handles requests quickly and the building is usually well maintained. They have resident events pretty regularly and just gave access to the Cobu app to connect with other residents. If I had one gripe, it would be FETCH (the package delivery service). There is an expectation that you use them for all packages and mail that can fit in your mailbox. They've said the concierge doesn't accept packages...but I've found that on most occasions they do. There are times when getting packages to the physical building address is unavoidable. But FETCH?! You can get your packages a day or two after their delivered, they change the delivery windows without notice, pickup in Buckhead can be a hassle. Just a consideration if you're looking to move into this building - pack your patience with receiving your packages.

Amazing apartment with great amenities, lounge, gym, rooftop pool. Had a great experience working with the leasing agents, especially Les and Samantha. They were very informative and accommodating to my needs. Highly recommended.
