Reserve at Lenox Park

This is hands down the best place to rent your apartment. Of the 5 communities I have been in rentals for, Ross and the team really care about residents, do everything they can, and are reasonable about everything they have control over. Rent rates are competitive, repairs are timely, and my time here in 1.5 years in two homes, along with the experiences of 5 friends/roommates living here, have been vastly positive. There is a reason places fill up so quickly here. Hats off to the Reserve team.

Have to give the Reserve at Lenox Park credit where credit is due! I lived here for 2 years and only moved because my roommate and I no longer wanted to live together. Ross is the best property manager I've had in almost 10 years of renting at different places almost every year. He's really responsive to all residents and actually cares if you're comfortable in your own home. The one major issue we had was a pipe burst in the unit above us, and Ross was really communicative about the repairs, so I could be home and help keep track of them. Any other small maintenance request was always answered within 24 hours as well. The property and units are in nice shape, the community is quiet except for a couple of sports cars, and the location is super close to Brookhaven, Buckhead and 85. It's also right across the street from Lenox Park, which is amazing if you like to get fresh air or walk pets. Overall, I highly recommend, and every time someone I know is looking for an apartment, I point them to the Reserve too!

My partner and I had the pleasure of living at the Reserve at Lenox Park for 2 years. Ross' responsiveness truly set the tone for my experience here. As someone who leaves no stone unturned, I was impressed by Ross's patience and willingness to thoroughly answer all my questions. Beyond his professional demeanor, we enjoyed Ross' love for animals, enhancing a sense of community. We even had a stray cat that became apart of the Reserve at Lenox Park community. Maintenance in this building deserves a shout-out for their efficiency and friendliness. Their quick response times, combined with a proactive approach to upkeep, from fire prevention measures to regular air filter changes, speak volumes of their dedication. It's rare to see a team that not only excels at their tasks but also takes the time to foster a sense of community among residents, greeting us with warm smiles and getting to know us on a personal level. While it's true that this apartment might not boast the most "modern" facade in Atlanta, the attention to maintenance and the quality of service far outweigh the aesthetic aspect. The apartments are well-kept, and the commitment to ensuring a comfortable living environment is evident. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with one of the cleanest community pools I've encountered in Atlanta. If you're looking for a well-maintained, friendly, and service-oriented living experience in Atlanta, we highly recommend the Reserve at Lenox Park.

Awesome place to live right in the center of Lenox. Very quiet and well kept community that is ran by Ross who makes the place operate at a high level. Maintenance is always arriving almost immediately upon request and we never had any issues with loud neighbors or noise at night. We're moving due to a job relocation, but if not we were happy to live here as long as we were in Atlanta. Can't recommend it enough to anyone thinking of moving here

I have been a resident for nearly 4 years. Ross and the staff have been amazing. I cannot recommend this location highly enough. From the beauty of the location, to the facilities, to the stellar maintenance crew. Everything is top tier.
