Peachtree Park Apartments

I've been living here for several years, and it's gotten worse. From horrible tenants who leave trash here and there to people not respecting others at the fitness center or cleaning up after themselves when they have used said gym equipment. The only thing that is still good are the Handyman....they are polite, well respected, and very helpful.

Iv'e been living here at Peachtree Park for about a year now and it has a lot of great people and great things that come with it. However, in my opinion, one of the reasons that makes it so great living here is the incredible maintenance team. The MOST efficient and friendliest team i've ever met. You put in a request and they are on it within hours. Specifically DOC. He's the most kind, hardest working man you will ever meet. I have lived in many complexes in Atlanta, and thanks to Doc, he has definitely made Peachtree Park #1 in my book.

Jabree was exceptional. We were moving in from out of state and Jabree was a huge help throughout the process. We experienced a minor issue through the approval process but Jabree went extra hard to make sure we understood everything going on and that we were glad with the outcome. Thanks to his phone calls with updates and constantly checking in, he made the experience as smooth as possible. We are now Peachtree Park residents and do not regret it one bit! Thank you Jabree!! Doc from the maintenance team is awesome! Always ready and on time to fix any issues. He even notices things we didnt put a work order for. Thank you Doc!
