Today was my family and I first day moving into our very first apartment together and we are elated! Let me start by saying the apartment is amazing! Everything is updated from the flooring to the appliances, to the countertops and even the backsplash, it's beautiful! Secondly we would like to applaud the office management team for being very welcoming and pleasant; this has not been an easy journey for us personally but, Ms. Raquel helped with making our first apartment a wonderful experience. Thank you Cascade Glen Apartments for opening your doors and community to us. Forever thankful, Daisha & Kendra

It’s absolutely horrible at this point they don’t fix nothing it’s just disgusting to have your kids in just to sum it up.

Been back and forth to this place for almost 3 weeks trying to get an apartment because we have to move immediately....I paid an application fee and administration fee and also paid off a gas bill to get approved for an apartment here,this was last week they told us that an apartment would be ready for us this week Friday.Well today we find out that the apartments are under new management and now the apartment we wells waiting Friday we'll have to wait until June now..no phone call or nothing it took us going up there to find all this out...my family and I have no where to go after this....so unprofessional
