Andrea Wellnitz was very thorough and professional as our Realtor. We began talking with her several months before we listed the house, helping us with some of the preparation as we downsized and sorted through our personal property. After we listed the house, she was very diligent in consistently promoting the property through emails and publicity on various websites and social media. It took several months to sell, primarily due to the unique layout and issues with a 100+ year old house. Andrea gave us good advice on price reductions in order to achieve the sale in a slowing market. She was extremely helpful in negotiations with the purchaser that resulted in a contract, and in all the myriad of forms and issues between the initial offer and the closing. I highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking to sell their home.

Andrea Wellnitz helped my husband and me sell the 100+ -year-old farmhouse in which I grew up. Selling this unique property, which has been home to four generations of my family, was stressful for us.
