        Delta Realty Property Management Co managed several properties for me while I lived out of town. I was charged every month for repairs.  My tenants complained often.   My absence resulted in my investment failure. I was not able to monitor the tenants complaints or the managing company.

        Horrible Horrible Experience! My family has very clean nature but being with this company consists of ROACHES. Weve gotten our apartment exterminated and complained to them MULTIPLE times and its still horrible over here. Theyll force you to stay with them. If you dont stay with them, theyll raise the prices of your rent without warning and charge you for stuff from years ago. PLEASE STAY AWAY !! FAR FAR AWAY!
