James Rice is a great plumber, clearly very knowledgeable and a clear communicator. We had a great experience with him this morning and the bill was perfectly reasonable. Also hes really nice, and he was able to come out quickly. Would definitely recommend this firm! Service: Shower repair

The first time I used rice they came and fixed our leak. I called with another leak and I didn't hear back from him so I called again and James said that he was having a problem he was sorry that he didn't call me back and I told him that we had another leak. He sent somebody out and they said that we needed the whole new plumbing underneath and he would send somebody out to do an estimate. Never heard back so in a month I called James and he had someone come right out to do the estimate. It's been over a month and I've called several times left messages and text and I have not heard back from anybody. Service: Plumbing leak repair
