Classic City Home Inspection

Overpriced and inaccurate multiple times. I do not recommend.

A year ago, Classic City inspected our home. David told us that there was nothing wrong with our crawl space or foundation. We now know from 4 professionals that the foundation requires significant repairs, which any person familiar with pier and beam construction could have spotted. He actually commented to us that the crawl space was in great condition! The problems with the foundation have cost us one sale of the home already, have put a significant delay in proceeding with our plans, and will cost thousands of dollars to put it right.

Mr. Shepherd was very professional and truly looked at making us aware of any possible issues with the house we were looking to purchase. Because of his thoroughness we made the decision not to buy that house.

Have worked w them on investment properties and they are thorough and helpful in working through issues to be aware of and problems to guard against without being alarmist. Highly recommended.
