TNT Cellphone Repair

I placed an order on March 9 their website specifically says shipping is within 3 -5 business days four days later I didn't receive any updates on the order so I text them via the chat on their website on March 13th by 12am March 14th I received a email that my order has been shipped and since that there is no movement on the order I called USPS they told me they don't have the order only the label was created I then called them and the guy was being very disrespectful to me he ask me how I got his number in a very rude tone and hang up on me today there is still no movement on my order and I'm very unhappy how could you try to rob people who works so hard countless hours.

My daughter ordered a Apple Watch from this company and still hasnt received mind you she ordered it on the 31st pending a holiday weekend. On Janus 3rd she received a email saying her watch has been shipped . Fast forward to the 13 before the snowstorm she hasnt received it and the tracking number hasnt updated . So she calls the store and the owner was out for a brief period of time and said he would look into it . Fast forward to 7 days after she last called and theres no answer theres not even a update . This is not fair to my child . She works 2 jobs and is in school and wanted to do something nice for a friend and he has let her down . At this point in the game I might just lawyer up because this seems like a scam .

I purchased a phone online I live in another state. I had a little problem with my phone but the customer service from TNT was phenomenal. They kept me updated on what was happening with my phone. I highly recommend them if you're looking for stellar customer service and quality devices. I'm beyond satisfied and wish I could give 10 stars.
