      image If I could give it no stars I would. Took my phone Thursday to get repaired. He said it was the battery and it needs to be replaced. He ordered the battery so he said. Had my phone for 3 day's when went to pick it up today he said it was ready. He couldn't even get it to come on or charge. He lied to me and said he replaced the battery but my phone look like it never was touched. He didn't charge me but the fact he kept my phone and wasted my time. He said it had to be more than the battery but he should have known that before he even put the phone back together . I am so disappointed with this place

      We apologize for the inconvenience. I checked with the technician working on your repair to understand the situation. He mentioned that the phone was completely dead when it was bought. He started working on repair as soon as next day after it was dropped off. As per his primary diagnostics, he replaced the battery and phone was charging so he called you to pick up the phone. Since there was a gap of day between the call and pickup day the battery on phone phone eventually died. When you came to pick the phone it would not turn on or charge. In rare cases there is a problem with the charging IC getting weak or damage. The phone will charge when it is working. However, it puts extra pressure when phone is dead and will not charge. It is similar to cars which works absolutely fine while driving but requires jump start to start them, Our board level repairs are handled by specialized team at back office warehouse. As a courtesy since the issue was not resolved we did not charge you for parts or Labor. If we can be of any help to change your experience in future please reach us by email @ [email protected]
