Alex was a very kind and professional guy. When I talked to him over the phone, he was extremely helpful and made sure to order what I needed for my computer immediately. He called me as soon and my part arrived and fixed it within an hour of dropping my laptop off. He also had totally reasonable prices Hopefully, and the other places I called wanted outrageous money. Hopefully I won't have anymore technical problems, but he would DEFINITELY be my #1 call if I did!!!

He came to my home to fix my computer because of audio issues causing a crash and I would recommend him to anyone I possibly can, he was courteous, professional, and worked diligently to solve the issue. He is a great problem solver and happily answered all my questions in detail. I am usually very hesitant to let someone work on my equipment, but he was forthright and explained everything and talked me through each step. 10/10 I highly recommend him!!
