TechMonk - Apple Premier Partner

I took my phone in my phone to see if i could get help recovering my data. The guy i spoke with didnt seem very knowledgeable as he had to keep asking someone in the back questions. After everything was said and done nothing was completed and they still charged me. The guy said if we could complete the goal it would be 30 dollars. Nothing was completed and i was still charged. Granted he ended up splitting the cost with me. But i still feel like i paid for nothing. I wont be back here and Id recommend anyone find somewhere else for their needs.

Super great staff! The guys were very helpful and worked with my on my trade in to upgrade to a Macbook Pro! Which I love. Josh and Andrew(I think that's his name) were great to deal with. Josh was super informative about my devices, the condition of them, the trade in value, and helping me make the right choice for my needs!

Super nice employees. Of course, as life would have it, my issue no longer existed when I showed up to get it fixed. Maybe their good vibes cured by Beats. But either way, super nice, kind employees who didnt make me feel dumb for bringing in fully functioning headphones. NOTE: google maps and Apple Maps take you weird places. This is located right near Dunkin Donuts and wild birds unlimited.
