Very large and plenty of rooms located very close to campus and the downtown spots. Fun little place and friendly staff.

Old facilities, new name and had to pay them to park in their lot. Suggest you look elsewhere!

Although this hotel has a Broad St address, you can't access it from there unless you are walking. Access is on Newton. It is one way in and one way out so each time you try to find a parking spot, it's hard to turn around. Parking is $7 a day per car not per room which I didn't even know there was a parking fee. Parking spaces are hard to find and they are so tight so some folks doubled park. It is NOT worth paying for!!!! It is about 2 blocks to walk to restaurants which was a plus. Other plus is the rooms were clean, check in was easy, and there is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. However, our room was the smallest room and smallest bathoom I've ever seen at a hotel. I couldn't believe how small the batheoom was. I was getting my daughter ready for a dance competition and we both struggled being in that bathroom at 1 time and she is only 8. Breakfast was ok, typical HI breakfast but wasn't stock enough for the number of people staying there. I was shocked this was the host hotel because there is NO way this room/hotel was worth the price. I had to take off stars for the parking, parking fee, breakfast, small room, and price. The good stars is for the friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms: Way too small!
