        AWFUL. Dirty, depressing. Just nasty. Would not have felt safe if I hadn't been with my husband - still didn't sleep well. Nothing else available or we would have left. GROSS.

        Yall, this place was not good. The location is just on the edge of what was acceptable. Hot water, but it was just not quite right.

        One of the best motels I have been to I only say motel because it's not high scale but it's no roaches that I've ever seen, no bedbugs, shower is clean, microwave and refrigerator are always working, cable works and had the best channels! Definitely recommend!! It's close to downtown and UGA definitely a plus! Rooms: Rooms are comfortable and worth the money Nearby activities: Bars, food, gas, downtown Athens Safety: Feel very safe Walkability: Walking to gas station, downtown
