This place is AWESOME! I felt like I was at home. Just as good if not better than staying at a hotel in Athens. We have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast type set up and this place was great. Really cute and comfortable. Convenient. Safe. Clean. Comfortable and Upscale. I would deffinitly come back without question. Highly recommend!
Rooms: Rooms are spacious, comfortable, cute and adorable, Clean and upscale.
Nearby activities: Downtown is close by.
Safety: Definitely felt safe. The outside location made you want to feel like you wanted to get up and take a walk or morning jog.
Walkability: You see people walking, but we ordered and it was very convenient.
Food & drinks: The place has a communal kitchen with drinks And quick snacks available for free
Noteworthy details: This would be a great place to rent with friends. Multiple rooms. Entire place.

We so enjoyed our stay! While the area is full of things to do and location super convenient to downtown Athens and the UGA campus - our favorite time was spent embracing the beauty and activity of the immediate neighborhood from the front porch. The house was roomy, well kept, and full of all the needed amenities that made for a worry-free time. The bed was great! And Ceci was the perfect host. Were sure to be back!

We stayed at The Branch on Milledge last fall. Our son is a student at UGA, and we came into town to see him and go to a football game. Our room was gorgeous, and very comfortable. The amenities were great too.

We had the best college friends reunion in Athens and what made it super relaxing g was that our home away from home for the weekend was The Branch. It is such a beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable , and centrally located house that has the best front porch and back fire pit area for our hang out time . Not a detail was missed in making this a great getaway Athens home away from home.
