I love this entire dentist practice! The staff are very courteous and professional. It is easy to schedule an appointment even if you need it quickly. Angie knows her job and does it in a professional and timely manner. I can't say enough about Dr. Clay! She has made my journey a pleasant one. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

The hygienist and dentist are great. They make me feel very comfortable. However, what they tell you you owe is never correct. I pay at the time for the services rendered. Somehow, every time I go, I find a balance. Before performing anything, the assistant or hygienist always prints out what Ill owe. I sign it and always pay at the end. I went for an appointment today. I had a balance, most of which was for services I had already paid for. I did not get a bill. $50 was for not canceling an appointment 24 hours before my appointment. (This is crazy, especially considering they turned me away today at my appointment time.) I explained I couldnt pay that balance today plus today's visit. They said I had to reschedule. Its frustrating to not get a bill and then drive 30 minutes to the office to be turned away. Its also frustrating that what they say a service will cost is not actually true. It happened to my husband, too. Ive never gotten a bill in the mail, but I always have a balance.

Phenomenal experience. I was really nervous going in because it had been a long time since I was taken to the dentist as a child, and the staff was so amazing. Tiffany was my hygienist, and she did an impeccable job. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed and was very knowledgeable in informing me about what she was doing, what to expect, and how I can improve my dental care and health. The Dr was also nice! Very quick and not intimidating. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Will definitely go back.

I had my first visit with Athens Smiles today and Im incredibly happy with their level of service and affordability. Their office is clean, welcoming and the staff is very nice. My hygienist was thorough and personable. Dr. Clay was also great to work with. When I asked about pricing, I was given ACCURATE details up front with no surprises at the front desk. I will definitely be back!
