        I had looked online for the value of my phone on a trade in with AT&T. I had an IPhone 12 that was pristine according to the person helping me. Online I was told it would be $700 but in store I was only give $350 towards my new Iphone15. I asked why and was told because I still had 7 payments left on my next plan. I'm not sure if this was correct or I I got taken advantage of towards my trade in value.
