Worst pine cell service and customer service. Will sell you the highest phone and not affordable phone you ask for and charge you almost $40 for the plugin that that your cord attaches to saying this had to come with phone when you have one at home. Refuse to refund monies!!!! This is bad customer service and management! Suppose to be a good referral from a friend. Well I hope he certainly had better experience than my friend did! Saying the phone he could not return and get a cheaper one when it states on the receipt 14 day return policy!!!! What kind of cell phone business is this! Suppose to care and be cheaper to help consumers when they totally are thinking of commissions only and NOT THE CUSTOMER! I am reporting them! They have not right to charge for a plug that your cord goes into when they take it off they wall separate from your cell phone and throw it in the bag acting like it comes with phone. If it came with phone it would BE WITH PHONE! Almost a $40 plug!!! My friend has one at home!!!!! This experience worst in cell phone history!
