Bliss & Sparrow SPA (LOV Skin Clinic & Head Spa)

I really wanted to like this spa but it did not come close to meeting my expectations of a spa. I came in five minutes before my appointment time and had a quick consultation of the facial chosen coming to $150 with my esthetician. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes sitting in the same chair while my esthetician was in the back talking and laughing loudly with a lady that had walked in. It was 40 min past my appointment time till I was actually laying down. A man turned a steamer on for my face and then walked away. During this time of waiting on the bed there was no zen music playing. Just hearing the speaker mode phone conversations from the male worker in Vietnamese or the lady visitor and the business workers all chit chatting loudly (only a few feet from where I was behind a curtain) about video marketing. Meanwhile you have a client laying in a bed not receiving service. I was very close to stopping my appointment. Once the esthetician came over after sending the lady off with a million shouts of I love yous, I received my facial treatments. There were continuous interruptions and the office phone going off which was on my estheticians lap right next to my face. The phone was answered every time. Then during extractions my esthetician ordered her male assistant in Vietnamese and next thing I hear and see is a camera and bright flashes towards my face of her doing extractions on me. It overall was just unprofessional for my taste. I believe the primary priority for this business at the moment is more so on marketing clearly and not so much on bettering the service and clientele treatment. I hope they never treat another client like I was treated. It overall felt very lousy with no respect or courtesy of the client. Update for the business response received: You must have me mistaken for another one of your unhappy customers. I was never put in a robe, nor was I asked any such question of whether I gave consent to being recorded. There is no video of me giving permission. This is falsehood, along with the wait time that I did wait being anything less than the 40 minutes. Whether a customer comes in taking a photo of your shop or not shall not determine how long you have to leave them waiting. You run a very poor business with the experience I have had. The discussion I heard that I recorded discusses you wanting to hire a marketing video designer. Nothing about the idea of a happy customer. Do not spread false statements.

Sucks.. it was not a professional spa to go too!! It was bad that my two nails got infected.. and I will never recommend anyone goes there..

We went there couple weeks ago. My friend was supposed to receive a hydrafacial but the lady wasnt available. We decided Id just do my head spa until she arrived. But the guy offered to do my boyfriends hydrafacial and kid you not, he was literally asking the other lady what to do. He had no idea what he was doing. The lady was instructing him and he was still lost. My friend was super disappointed. Coming to my head spa, it was my first time trying it. The lady scratched my scalp like crazy and it felt super uncomfortable. I thought may be this is what they do? It was a waste of time for having my scalp damaged followed by a mere shampoo and dry. I have seen videos of head spas and there are many more steps involved. I guess they dont have the staff well trained.

The facial is excellent and the hair spa is exactly like the tik tok that went viral but both are worth it imo. Highly recommend this place. It is so nice. Experience is truly relaxing and service is excellent

Lilly is really nice. She did a acne facial for me with IPL laser treatment, hydrodermabrasion and a peel. My skin is red from the treatment but just by one treatment I can see the difference on my dark spots. I have hyperpigmentation and she helped me surface my skin and lighten it with a natural glow. If you ever looking for a Korean glass skin go get your appointment with her! Thank you so much Lilly this has helped build my confidence and will be coming back for my next session to fully clear up my skin!
