        Great customer service. Love the Mabel Taupe Multi; however, Im having a bit of an issue with the leather. It is a hard leather and not easy to break in. Will call the store and see if they have shoe horn service to help me with this issue.

        Being the only Freebird store within driving distance, my wife and I had a great experience here. I ordered a pair of boots offline for my wife, and they were too small. They exchanged with no issues and even refunded 50 because they were on sale after I bought them. I ended up buying myself a pair after trying on several pairs. Overall, a wonderful experience!
