Mark Spain Real Estate

To be clear, I did not use this company in any capacity however the seller did. My issues come in at it taking almost a month for someone to come and retrieve the sign and remove the key holder from the door. When the individual finally came he left my door key in plain sight on my front porch. This is both unsafe and unprofessional. We noticed the key there a few days after as we hardly use the front door to enter our home. He could have easily placed the key under the mat. I am blown away that a company of your stature would handle business in this manner.

Wow! They made selling my house a very nice and easy process! Our Sales Consultant Lauren Brewer was very professional and at the same time very kind and personal. She always make us feel comfortable and secure all the time during the process. She explained me everything in a way that was easy to understand in how to sell my house. This is the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful, they really work very hard to put my home on the market. Highly recommend!
