I cannot thank Josh enough for helping me and my fianc find out perfect first home together! We engaged Josh Scheib to sell our home in Atlanta. Josh reviewed our home and suggested several targeted repairs and upgrades that would maximize its value. He helped us engage a team of contractors who made the changes quickly and at reasonable cost. We agreed mutually to a proper asking price, listed the home, and saw immediate interest in the property. Josh was quick to review an offer and offer changes that would be acceptable to the seller and potential buyer.
