Todd helped walk us through the process of getting approved early/quickly, identified opportunities where we could save on our costs, took our limits into consideration every time he prepared the many full-cost breakdowns on each property we considered making an offer on, and kept us current on each step of the application process. Todd was very patient with us and truly made us feel like we were cared for. Todd and Prosperity were 100% the right choice!

This was our third house, and the most difficult one to get financing. We were referred to Todd by our agent and I think that was the best referral we ever had. Todd and his team they were very patient and very professional and they got the financing done. I can tell you they did magic and I would refer them to anybody that I see.
