Let's start this review by saying that Jerry Blevins and his team are by far the best there is!!! I have never seen such hard work and dedication from anyone I've ever worked with both personally and professionally. My wife and I were working with a different lender that could not obtain the loan for us. We were devastated as we found the cabin of our dreams. Our realtors Kerri & Cody Conner, pointed us to Jerry Blevins. He assured us he will get this done for us. Jerry took the time to work with us on every single option available to get this done. He worked with us from day until late at night to make sure we were on top of everything. We have called him the miracle worker from the beginning but truly believe it now that we have our home. He has been a true blessing in our life because we got so many no's before, that he was our YES-man. There was no hurdle that he could not face. From underwriters giving us issues, he was on the front lines to defend us and get a yes no matter what. If you are thinking about working with him, there is nothing to think about. He is truly genuine, and cares about people!! Without the you are just a number to the rest of these lenders. The first lender did not want to do the work it takes. As much of a roller coaster this was for us, Jerry made the process worth it!!! We can whole heartedly say we could not have done this without him. This process can be so stressful and heartbreaking at times, but know Jerry truly cares about you and your family if you are lucky enough to work with him!!! If you are thinking about it working with him, don't! He is the real deal folks!! Thank you again to jerry and team!! You are forever blessed for taking care of my wife and I.

Thomas is very responsive and works very hard for every client. Working on the buyer side in this current market is tough, but anytime I needed him, or an updated approval letter or a call to an agent, he would always take care of his buyer and step up and help out without hesitation. I would recommend Thomas, he is great!

Thomas Cady was an amazing communicator and repeatedly took the time to thoroughly answer any and all questions in a timely manner. He was constantly communicating with multiple parties to ensure a smooth transaction. He is personable and did his best to make sure all options are presented with us in mind.
